Ingredients
- 2 lbs potatoes, peeled + quartered
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup chives, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- salt + pepper to taste
Preparation
Boil potatoes until fork-tender. Drain + mash. Mix in milk, garlic and yogurt + beat until nice and fluffy. Stir in chives, salt + pepper.
