Fresh Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
  • 14 cups vanstone-fresh-logo-45w tomatoes
  • 2 large onions
  • 6 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 vanstone-fresh-logo-45w diced green peppers
  • ¼ cup vanstone-fresh-logo-45w parsley
  • 1 tbsp. vanstone-fresh-logo-45w basil
  • 1 tbsp. vanstone-fresh-logo-45w oregano
  • 1 tbsp. dried Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. salt
  • ½ tbsp. black pepper
  • 2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 can tomato paste

Preparation

Blanch and quarter cut tomatoes. Boil together for 1 hour. Can or eat fresh!
