- 14 cups tomatoes
- 2 large onions
- 6 cloves minced garlic
- 2 diced green peppers
- ¼ cup parsley
- 1 tbsp. basil
- 1 tbsp. oregano
- 1 tbsp. dried Italian seasoning
- ½ cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp. salt
- ½ tbsp. black pepper
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 1 can tomato paste

Preparation
Blanch and quarter cut tomatoes. Boil together for 1 hour. Can or eat fresh!
