Spearmint

Perfect for cooking or as a garnish spearmint is best fresh harvested as soon as you see it bloom. It spreads vigorously through its roots making it difficult to maintain in a garden so we recommend growing it in pots. Use its flavorful leaves with vegetables and in any summer drink.
