Summer Thyme

This is a handsome low-growing plant with aromatic leaves used to flavor meats poultry stews sauces soups and dressings. Harvest mid-June through mid-July. Leaves are used fresh or dried. Thyme is excellent in patio containers and is virtually free of pests and disease.
